We have selected delicacies like Swiss Kola, Bernese bread or organic coffee, especially for you. The focus is on natural ingredients, regional and seasonal range and sustainability. Would you like to refresh yourself with a rose petal syrup from «Syrupier de Berne» or a hot chocolate from «Marta» to warm you up? Treat yourself to a platter from the «Chäshütte Bern» or a pea soup with wasabi if you are feeling peckish. Afterwards - or simply in between - we will be happy to serve you a coffee or an organic tea from Scirocco, a Swiss label which stands for tradition, sustainable cultivation and highest quality.

Premium Swiss Gin

Have you tried our every own gin creations? The fourth generation of AERNI proves: Passion is inheritable.

The Beauty Gin – floral and fresh, like a morning walk through a park. With 16 plants such as roses, marigolds or jiaogulan. It conjures a smile on everyone's face.

The Shave Gin – sniffing allowed. The secret recipe entices with juniper from Tuscany and swiss coriander from Bösingen, canton of Fribourg.
